Use of this site is subject to these terms. If a visitor does not agree with them, the visitor should not use the site or its search features.

St. Tammany Parish Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with any sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, housing, insurance, tenant screening, or similar decisions. The site is a records-resource directory, not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

What This Website Is

This site is a private reference resource for inmate, jail, court-charge, and facility information in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. It does not store official records, control any government database, confirm custody, release people from custody, accept bond, or file court documents.

The site points visitors toward public resources such as STPSO pages, re:SearchLA, Clerk materials, Louisiana DPS&C, VINE, federal locators, and third-party research tools. Louisiana R.S. 44:1 and Louisiana booking-record law may support public access to certain records, but the originating office controls the official record.

Use Rules

  • Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
  • Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or target another person.
  • Do not use site content or linked data for employment, housing, credit, insurance, tenant, or other FCRA-covered decisions.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare background checks, consumer reports, credit reports, tenant-screening reports, employment-screening reports, or insurance-risk reports. Visitors agree not to use any information from this site or linked tools for:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, or volunteer-screening decisions.
  • Tenant screening, housing approval, or lease decisions.
  • Creditworthiness, lending, insurance pricing, or insurance eligibility.
  • Licensing, permitting, benefits, or government-program eligibility decisions.
  • Any other purpose governed by the FCRA or similar screening laws.

Outside Links

The site links to jail rosters, sheriff and Clerk pages, public-record request portals, state and federal locators, VINE/LAVINE, legal resources, and outside search services. Those sites are not operated here. Their accuracy, uptime, prices, privacy practices, and terms are their responsibility.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. No warranty is made that:

  • Information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
  • The site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • The site or any linked tool will be free of bugs, security issues, or data delays.
  • Partner search results will be complete or match a government record.

Custody status, bond, court dates, warrants, and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from Sheriff Randy Smith, STPSO, the Clerk, the District Attorney, Louisiana DPS&C, or any court.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. The invalid part will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
